It did not work as well - I am seeing grey at my hairline and in my beard...Previous time worked out better

You deserve nothing. You took my money and I received nothing . You took £24.95 the 2 nd time and I did not agree that . In my account saying that there is a discount and I have to pay £19 . So, please refund me all my money for the first time and the 2nd time.

Ordered the starter kit and told coloursmith that i had an reaction to JFM previously - on the any other information bit. Received the starter and applied it to beard for 10 mins - next morning face is oozing and swollen had to go hospital and now on antibiotics !

I ordered my second hair colour thinking that I was simply changing it from semi-permanent to permanet. To my surprise it's not! It's actually two shades lighter and somhow managed to make me look like...well like I coloured it with the wrong colour! I simply cannot go to the office like this and am not sure how to explain shaving my head at my age.

On receipt product was well packed and everything you could ask for, my only criticism would be that there was too much waste for my small goatie, ended up throwing at least 50+ percent in the bin
