This is the third time I’ve used your product. This time I had Dawn the girl who cuts my hair do it. Same results! It doesn’t totally cover my grey. The color doesn’t last long. Please cancel my subscription.

I would give it minus 5 stars if I could. Ordered dark Blond, followed the directions to the letter my hair turned out an orangey dark dark brown and it looks ridiculous, utterly useless product, I've had far better results with just for men.

I thought it was promising until my beach turned orange brown and I had to shave it to start over. Avoid product.

Second bottle after trying a colour adjustment and again didn’t work , waste of time , doesn’t cover greys at all .. Won’t be reordering

I stated when I purchased this item, the one in the shops just for men after over 10 years of using it now burns my face, I received my order and did the skin test on my chest area just below my neck, I had no reaction to it what so ever. Two days later I decided too apply the beard dye, after 10 minutes it was stinging and I decided to wash it off, I'm so glad I did and not leave it for the full 20 minutes, Within an hour I had clear bubbles of liquid appearing under my beard, over the night they started going red and turned to scabbs, The itching is uncomfortable, my Doctor said its chemical burns from the beard dye, which I already knew 🤦♂️ He said shave off your beard if it helps and use a moisturising cream 😭 I haven't shaved my beard, I've just sucked it up and pushed through the uncomfortable pain. On the mend now thankfully. It shouldn't have happened I clearly stated I've had a reaction before in my notes, as far as I'm concerned the formula is ment to be adjusted to prevent this from happening. All I can say is be very careful it's dangerous 😳

There is no “upcoming order” section in my account to turn off this subscription as you state in your instructions and there is no way to contact anyone. I hate this shit.
