Following the instructions, I added the Color to the Developer container. The quantity was enough for 3-4 usages. It didn't irritate my skin. However, I stopped using it, and I can't recommend it. The first time it covered 80% of the grey beard, which was acceptable. After that, the color got very weak, despite that the container was properly closed and saved. It covered only 20%, so I switched back to the old color brand :( Not what I expected.

I can't see any difference at all after the shower. Let us see what happened tomorrow morning but I don't think it made any difference to my hair color.

For me it’s seems like is nothing work after a week I got delivered due was two working days.

They shipped an unauthorized order and then offer a refund if I paid shipping for the return. I can’t do business with a company that treats their customers like this. Very disappointed with customer services. I am going back to Simpler hair products because they know how to treat their customers and it’s a decent product.

The product tooks forver to arrive, not only that the customer support is not good. Ans the product has to be completely disposed after one tiny use for one area

Colorsmith provided terrible customer service The delivery service is to unreliable , my first order I paid extra for a speedier delivery but the delivery still took to long It’s impossible to track the delivery as the tracking information is unreliable which makes it impossible to know when to be home to take the delivery Trying to contact customer service is a terrible experience I never get responses to my messages There is no available direct phone number despite being told on my account page to call to cancel my order , we’re is the phone number ??? I will not be using colorsmith again and would Not recommend it to anyone

I'm not an expert but I have the distinct impression all the complex details laid out for application are hoped to be camouflage for this very average, even below average product. In may case a good part of it had rinsed within a couple of days. i ended up re-applying m/touching up with some off-the-shelf touch-of-gray for men to cover that failing... the off-the-shelf color may be imperfect but in the end I am happier with the "wrong" brown than with gray. (Unit price for touch-of-gray is higher but it lasts longer & part of it can by re-used.
