ALLERGY TEST:
To adjust the delivery frequency of your hair color simply log in to your account and select “Upcoming Order.” Then click the arrow to see “Color Frequency” and use the + or - icons to adjust to your desired frequency before clicking “Done.”
NOTE: Your frequency and processing date operate separately, so changing the frequency of your Plan will not automatically update the processing date of your next order. Your new frequency will take effect after your next hair color order.

We’re here for you. When filling out our color quiz, you will see color swatches that we recommend for your color goals. Looking for something different? Go ahead and leave a comment for your colorist in your account, and they can reach out with recommendations. Your color is crafted with your coverage and color goals in mind, so we work hard to get you the results you want. In fact, we guarantee it.
Inside each hair color order are two pairs of large-sized, non-latex gloves. To get a few more uses out of your gloves, we recommend washing them with soap and water.
To adjust the schedule for your Plan simply log in to your account and click here, then select the date you would like your order to bill and begin processing.

To restart your autoship Color Plan or order a single shipment of your color, log in to your account and select “Order My Color.”
To skip your next order simply log in to your account and select “Upcoming Order.” Then click the arrow to see “Skip Order,” and confirm. You’re good to go!

If you would like to turn off your Plan, simply log in to your account and select your upcoming order. Click “Turn Off My Plan,” and follow the prompts.

To view instructions online simply log in to your account and select “Color Details” in the menu. Find your most-recent order and click on “View Instructions.”
