I was frustrated that it took longer to arrive than, anticipated because of the reviews, I still had high hopes that at least maybe the product would be good. Overall I am disappointed and it didn't cover any better than the literal 3.00 Color-silk by Revlon (that Good housekeeping had said was the best for grey coverage as a side-note). But I will say that it came nicely packaged, includes two pairs of nice quality gloves, stain-guard, and remover (which is a HUGE bonus and impressed me!) comb, shampoo and conditioner. The smell was about the same as others I have used so neither good nor bad for me. I do like it can be used for facial hair too (that was a drawing feature for me). However, despite the quality look/packaging of the product and the nice accessories included, the most important feature for me would be coverage and that from me is a 3/10 on the facial hair (I had strands that were still totally white) and maybe a 4/10 for the hair, the color looks nice and natural BUT the greys didn't cover very well and certainly not well enough to pay so much more than whatever you can pick up at your local drug-store or big-box retailer. Maybe you will have better luck than I did, but I won't be purchasing again :( Also for the record, I followed the directions to the letter and still had disappointing results....

Same as all other products, it doesn't work in all the hair and beard, waste of money.

I'm apply the tint the way was instructed in the flyer, after 2 days i have more gray hair than before, I'm not satisfied.

I am certainly not satisfied with the strength of the color. The grays are still gray, and unfortunately the whole package is a one time use only. Waste of money.
