The color that came out was way off. I wanted a super blonde for the end of summer and got a dull, drab red instead.

Really bad quality in good packaging I turned off my plan after receiving first order year back but they sent me again and again and took money from my card few times I spoke to them they said you have to change your card I stopped putting the money in that account just because of Color smith If I said I really don’t want as it’did not work at my hair so they should have been stopped. I just wasted my money

My color went BLACK not brown . SOLID not blended . After one week showing red/ amber tones ?? . Seeking professional color correction now .. very disturbing results.

After adjusting colour, to a lighter shade, it was still too dark , almost like black, I must say good coverage but I have to be honest, it did look artificial.

Coloring works quickly, easily and reliably. Especially the ash tone is well chosen. This is exactly what makes the difference to conventional mixtures that you get in the supermarket. I liked the extra toiletries. They have thought of everything to get started right away. From gloves to a really useful comb plus shampoo and a nice conditioner. I'm not sure if the color was actually custom made based on the photos I had sent in. The color mix was a bit too dark for my liking. You could tell right away that I had dyed my hair – which was definitely not what I had planned. However, after a few days and after having washed my hair several times, it got better. Now don't get me wrong. I'm just saying that the tint has gotten lighter. The result itself did not wear off quickly. After two weeks, however, my gray hair became clearly visible again and a touch-up was necessary. Since I am wearing a stubble beard, I color it at least twice a week. If I don’t it will look white immediately. And: Yes coloring it works without looking wrong. Just make sure to wash the product off after like 5 to 8 minutes. If you leave it on for too long, it will look like you painted your face indeed! So what I'm looking for is a coloring option that I can mix individually in smaller amounts at shorter intervals. I want to color my hair every two weeks and my beard as needed. However, this does not work with the Coloursmith product. I'm forced to mix all the ingredients at once and discard the remaining product. Using it to recolor my beard is not recommended. A real shame. Plus: I'm willing to pay for a great result, but it just seems to get too expensive.
