Happy with the hair colour, but dying my stubble did nothing at all. Just left me with a sore face for a while. Very disappointing. Not sure if I would use this product again.

Poor product, I asked several times for it to be changed but never quite right. I then postponed my order to find a different product but this delay "wasn't received " and I continued to be charged despite claiming on the website to not charge if you were unhappy with the product this was never offered

After 2.5 weeks I still haven't received my order. Perhaps my review will be directly more towards the product after I've received it.

This was my second delivery. The first one was fine. All grey was gone, and stayed gone. At least until my roots started to grow out. Nothing had changed about the formula, or about the application. Everything was done the same. however, there are very clear differences between the two. About 1-2 cm of near near the roots is a different color than the rest of my hair. It's not gray, it's not dark brown, but instead somewhere in-between. Its very noticeable and embarrassing.

UPDATE October 2024: I received a second application that was adjusted based on the first application not covering any gray. After the second (adjusted) color application, I'm still not seeing coverage of my gray. INITIAL POST: I requested "cover most gray" when going through the customization process online. Product was delivered quickly. Followed the application instructions, but didn't see any difference at all afterwards. Glad I didn't pay full price for this product.

This is my 3rd time using it. The first time it was amazing, but the second time it wasn't great, so I got it a 3rd time just to make sure I was doing it correctly, but sure was,any it hasn't covered well, so I'll just stick to the cheaper and better products

Im not convinced the products in this are as natural as they say i had a severe skin reaction to this product my skin has blistered all over my face and is seeping puss i had to shave off all facial hair 12 hours later and apply prescription cream very painful and itchy be really careful with this product, I don't even have sensitive skin so it must contain a harsh chemical ingredient much worse reaction to this that I did using just for men and that product contains ppd and ammonia this is suppose to contain only natural ingredients yeah right !!!

I think the product needs some work colour faded really quickly within a couple of days can’t reuse product that’s left over and the price point you put it as it’s not worth the money as the same effect can be forget for half the price somewhere else
