Perfect for men
My wife decided to buy this for me without consulting me first. She said it was just going to cover about 50% of the gray and it would not be a shock in appearance. I was skeptical, but it left gray in areas that is normal and colored my hair gently. Nobody noticed. I could tell people knew something was different, but they couldn't put their finger on it, nor did anyone say anything. I am impressed. Needless to say, I'm going to be a repeat customer for quite a while.

Great customer service
I liked the customization to your color, as they assign a person to work with you to get the right color. It's very personal. It's also high tech, as they can analyze both present and past pictures, to match accordingly.
