Just tried my Custom Color for the first time and was quite impressed. I am advancing my next ship date. The instructions were easy and I really appreciated the sticker to stick the instructions to my mirror - nice touch! The results were exactly what I had hoped for - great job! OK.. so I have TWO suggestions for you though 1. Sell a kit that has the same volume of product split into containers half the size so there are 2 developer bottles and 2 color bottles - I found I used no more than half the product as I have short hair. (I have kept the bottles to portion out my next delivery but would really like to see this "short hair option" as something I can order. 2. I was freaked out about how dark the product became on my beard and head thinking maybe it was not light brown after all. Well of course it was and it was just how it works. A line in the instructions that says "the product will appear dark while it is developing even if your final color is lighter. Do not worry about this" would make new users chill. Aside from these 2 small things, its a great product!
Well, I needn't have been so skeptical about whether an online hair colour service could achieve salon grade results! My colorist Yvette, adjusted my original order and it is just spot on! I'm really very impressed! I'd say the result is better than I've ever had at a salon even, and profoundly better that any self-dye job I've ever attempted! The application was simple, instructions clear and precise. Thank you so much!
I would highly recommend this company. i Have used a few products in the past and nothing came close to this. It came out perfect thanks colourSmith. If I could give you 10 stars I would. definitely have a customer for life.
Works well, not too sure how long it will last as this is my first time. Pretty close to what was my natural colour before going grey. Good coverage.

I've tried so many other hair dyes throughout the years and none of them have given me the satisfaction that colorsmith does. Very happy I tried it and now I never have to worry about my hair treatment again. Also, the shampoo and conditioner smell AMAZING!
